Mission Statement and Philosophy

Heartland Home Care is dedicated to the provision of comprehensive quality client and client/family centered home health care, in the client’s place of residence- focused on the unique physiological, safety, self-esteem and self-actualization needs of the client.

Heartland Home Care is committed to the provision of home health care services that will assist the client, client/family to make choices and decisions about health care, based on his/her self-defined unique needs; and to collaborate actively with the Agency staff and other health care providers regarding the provision of appropriate services.

Heartland Home Care is also dedicated to the provision of home health care education to the client, the client’s family, and the community.
